Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur
Rosh Hashanah began Monday October 3 2016 at sundown
This is "Jewish New Years"
It is the beginning of Ten Days of repentance and fasting
for our Jewish brothers and sisters
It concludes with the holiday of Yom Kippur on Wednesday 12 th
Yom Kippur in English is known as the Day of Atonement
It is the most solemn and holy of the Jewish holidays
Jewish families will go to their Temples
they will pray for forgiveness of their sins

JESUS our Saviour was Jewish
Let us Christians pray always for the PEACE OF JERUSALEM
We as Christians should also humble ourselves and pray
it may not be to late for God to forgive us in American
For so many have willfully sinned against His teaching
If My people, which are called by My name,
shall humble themselves, and pray,
and seek My face,
and turn from their wicked ways;
then will I hear from heaven,
and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.
