Though children don't have the option of choosing their parents I had the best.
Mom and Dad loved us, my brother and myself, more than we could have ever known.
Mom labored at home with the washing, cooking, cleaning and doing things for us.
Dad was a laborer at a factory and worked hard to provide for his family.
He took on another job of being a construction worker.
Did all of this for us to know we were loved.
Jesus, please give them the rewards they have earned and shower them with Your blessings.
Your wisdom and love is what stems us on to love others.
I do hope that my parents will be the beneficiaries of Your love over and over again.
Thank You for allowing my brothers and I to have the parents You chose for us.
We couldn't have wanted more nor did we expect more than what they could give.
