SCIENCE THEN SOUL


Fact is fact
Proven over and over
Concrete
What gravity pulls towards Earth
The mark of freezing and boiling
X and Y chromosomes

Gut feeling is gut feeling
Shaking ache in the middle of me
Quivering thoughts
Haves and have not's
Both sides of the equation
Are not always equal

High like steeple people
Inside mind
Outside stars
Guide me to raise my head
To beyond where never-put-me-on rules

As those are
My kind of
Poet rules
Science then
Soul living
Fools...
