Yoga part 23
Transition
from the mat to life
is difficult;
without
an anchor, I float
downstream.
Creating
an anchor in my
practice;
driving
it deep into my
being.
Gentleness
follows behind me
quietly;
wagging
it’s tail like a
puppy.
Positioning
my body, mind, and
breath;
prepared
to become one with
presence.
Unified,
I stand strong in
wisdom;
becoming
that which my heart
desires.
Transition
from the mat to life
is difficult;
without
an anchor, I float
downstream.
