Shackles of Time
Coming to breath with focused attention;
Entering into presence with gentle grace.
The imaginations of past and future suspend;
Giving me freedom from the shackles of time.
The doorway into life is through the breath;
Presence beckons me into the eternal moment.
Whispering the key to freedom from my prison;
Offering deliverance from the shackles of time.
Judgments, imaginations, the past, the future;
Robbing my intuition and the spark of creativity.
Calling is my breath; like the surf at the shore.
Enduring; breath is unlocking the shackles of time.
Listening to my breath ~ a timeless symphony;
Bringing me into that calm quiet of presence.
Yogic lessons converge into this very moment;
My presence obliterates the shackles of time.
