God does not tolerate rivals,
Because He is the one true God;
Any others are just evils,
You are giving honor and laud.
The Lord takes revenge with His rage,
The wrath of anger not held back;
After He does unlock its cage,
Because of its strength does not lack.
The Lord strikes back against His foes,
And will be their judge and jury;
The evidence mounts as He shows,
How they committed perjury.
He holds a grudge against His foes,
Showing them where they had done wrong;
Then He punishes with their woes,
And make the agony prolong.
But the Lord is patient in strength,
As He sheds His mercy and grace;
He perseveres at any length,
Waiting for repentance to embrace.
The Lord will not let guilty go,
Punish any wrong they have done;
For sincerity He will know,
When the confession has begun.
Raging winds and storms mark His path,
As clouds are the dust from His feet;
His foes will not be spared the wrath,
While they burn feeling the heat.
He yells at the sea to be dry,
Rivers become dry as a bone;
Vegetation withers to die,
Famine makes enemies to moan.
Mountains will quake as hills will melt,
Fires burning across the land;
Rising temperatures are felt,
As His foes walk on burning sand.
He pours out His rage like fire,
As He smashes the rocky cliff;
For pleasures of their desire;
Foes are smitten by the bailiff
