I saw a vision By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
Standing by the seashore
Toes lost in sinking sand
I contemplated nothing more
My mind was bored and bland
When thoughts came upon me
Like lightning bolts from high
So suddenly I could now see
A vivid vision in the sky
Blue and pinks were everywhere
Interspersed by brilliant green
Butterflies flew in my hair
It was a magical scene
Down to earth, the story ends
Was nice while it lasted so long
We hear of folk going round the bend
I tell you, they were not wrong
