(oh, god, all i wanted was)
love, but this-
this-
is darkness.
/this is a shadow./
in the
silence i can hear my
heartbeat
--budum, budum—
i can hear flesh on bones,
crumpling, dying:
why is at all so
god
damn
quiet?
the regrets are
SCREAMING and the lost loves are
CRYING and i, a lonely hunter,
am bathed in stillness.
everything is a statue
:cold marble:
nothing is moving,
the cold marble statues are
swimming in
broken g l a s s.
i, too, am swimming in
b r o k e n glass.
