Mom Was Always God's Gift to Me

Mom was always God's gift to me for love and correction.
Mom was the disciplining parent that loved us to correct us.
We were not going to get by doing wrong without being punished.
It was Mom's love for us that we were chastised and cared.
We had no say; in the matter, of us being chastised for if we did wrong we were going to get a punishment.
As the years went on there were restrictions and the like.
But Mom remained to love us and to care what happened to us.
We are better today than what we would have been had no punishment.
I am a firm believer in this and say  praise the Lord for Mom's love.
It is not allowed today of punishing a child the way we were punished.
They would have taken Mom into custody but praise the Lord it was before when things were right.
We knew how to live a life worthy of our parents.
I thank God for what He did to show us love and to give us a mother who is a worthy example of being mother.
