 I Once Was Blind But Now I See

Comfort the Blind and Tell Them of Jesus




One of the things to do if and when you see someone physically blind is to comfort them.
Though they ask for no pity and you don't offer any you can still comfort them.
Tell them of Jesus and what He did with the blind man.
Paint a picture of your surroundings for them to see it as well.
Share with them the color of the sky whether it be sunny or dark.
Share with them the colors of the flowers at your feet.
Allow them to see the same things you are seeing.
Make them aware that Jesus is the One Who will give them their sight as they are able to see spiritually for the first time.
Make it apparent to them the place around you is such that it is memorable for them and yourself.
Do these things without pity and you will be received well.
Telling them of Jesus will bless their hearts especially if they are Christians.
Use your talents for the good of all.
Make them aware of their surroundings and give them time to absorb it all.
