Life In A Single Candle

Candle, with your light so bright comfort me within the night.
Make me a way to see the things that are in front of me.
Provide for me the light I need to see and be ever so close.
Knowing as you are I will be gratefully blessed.
There is much to you, O Candle, of light.
Its light from the wick brings me a smile to my face.
It is something that is hard to not see with you're glowing and free.
May God richly bless us with your light forevermore.
Knowing as it does work out this way that you'd be thought of in a most beautiful way.
I love to see You, O Candle,
For you do light my way that I am able to see within the night.
The things I need to see which are in front of me.
Soon the light will die out and no more will be of any use.
For as it is wears down with the wax and the wick it is so that I will not forget the beautiful light that you were as I remember you forevermore.
