When the war is over look up to the sky
That's where I'll be waiting, it's easy if you try
The guns and smoke have gone forever
I'll be with my martyrs on the peaceful side of never
Many people fought together, many died in pain
Killed for being different, it's called the dirty game
No discrimination by the killers they treated us the same
Heroes of our past, they paid the final price
No peace without freedom, dreams were oh so nice
Death comes fast for some, in the blocks they died so slow
Heroes of the blankets loved their country and had to go
Children taken from us in the dark times of our past
Peace is here without the fear, Freedom's here at last
