Let the Heavens and earth declare,
Unto the glory of the Lord;
And all He is willing to share,
If we remain in one accord.
The sky displays what He has done,
One day explains unto the next;
Marvelous works compared to none,
Beyond reason being perplexed.
The night shares knowledge with the day,
And the day shares with the next night;
Without talking no words to say,
No voices heard about the plight.
Yet their sound has echoed throughout,
Travelling around the whole earth;
Praising the Lord without a doubt,
On creation and total worth.
He has set up a tent for the sun,
Which comes out looking like a groom;
Like a champ it is set to run,
Until the night is casting gloom.
It rises at one end of the sky,
Circles around to the other;
And winds up the day with a sigh,
Replaced by the moon its brother.
The teachings of God are perfect,
Enabled to renew my soul;
And His instructions are correct,
Able to be reaching His goal.
For the fear of the Lord is pure,
And His decisions are so wise;
His wisdom has a common core,
That will see through any disguise.
Let the heart rejoice and eyes shine,
Radiance will shine very bright;
At the time you come in align,
His wisdom ensures your insight.
