Bora born

The promise _

Too late mate, time's shut the gate on a promise
made before that twinkle wrent her father's eye.
To defend the defenceless played out in a
topsy turvy world of compromised service to his unborn child.

So he stayed and played the part to the woman
steeped in vulgar ritual's amoral mess.
Wonder struck at the birth, all descend to claim
by rite, he protects her ground, marriage the price.

A promise to his creator he can not
break, an extension given until she's five.
In a round robin of do as I say he
submits to a whore's view of the world, time slows.

The mother disappears into a world of
spent creation, her moral compass spins out.
A multitude joins the child from all manner
of just in time males bedded to try them out.

She turns five, one more extension given, the
promise to blend in a triune service born.
The ALL concurs, sacrifice fast tracks life's tasks
virtues to be learnt the idle never know.

And so it goes to be around as long
as he is needed, the bonded love so strong.
Time flows, she blends her own family into
a passion, her father's promise stands close by.

Mid life approaches, epigenetics seals
her fate fractured under foot of the mother.
Deception fits the game plan for grand children
whisked away when pop comes to join them in town.

The promise spent, time to be free of the past
in a search of a future's recycled demands.
Daughters become their mother, cycled replete
with life's deceptive never ending stories.
