Sad news, that dreaded call
We love and remember them all
Celtic games, the Celtic scene
You all know what I mean
Goodbye my friend and comrade
Time together was precious
Times of fun and sorrow
United as always tomorrow
Troubles and things we shared
Your gone and I've been spared
Times were tough you made me smile
We walked that troubled mile
Your time is up on this land
I know you're up above
You're beside many heroes
You're in the land of love
I'll walk with you tomorrow
We'll be together, no sorrow
