Our world is in crisis and families are grieving
lives have been taken while others are leaving
Countless hearts are broken as never ending tears fall
to few love one another and some don't love at all
Many are hurting and unable to cope
longing for a purpose while searching for hope
Let's give them to Jesus and lift them in prayer
renew our faith by showing we care
Let us show what our Jesus is truly made of
mercy, grace and unbreakable love
and maybe in doing so we'll all get to see
a love that spreads unconditionally
So let's get started and drop to our knees
and pray to Jesus I'm begging you please
Let's change the world with faith and believing
