where a surprise attack on December 7, 1941,
by Japanese carrier-borne aircraft inflicted heavy damage
and brought the U.S. into World War II.

I recall my father talking of this brutal attack on our country.
I pray we will never forget those days 12 -7 - 41 or 9 -11- 01 either .
We must be vigilant and not hold with careless hand this nation God gave to us.
