'' For Our Survival We Need To Prepare ''
The human brain,
Either sane or insane,
Is truly an awesome invention,
Though what it's capable of can be inhumane,
Its power is beyond comprehension.
Take the atomic device,
In war we've used twice,
It was conceived by those in the know,
Those affected paid a heavy price,
Where next will the geniuses go.
The greatest computers,
Require great tutors,
Without us they wouldn't exist,
If they go wrong they need trouble-shooters,
Without us they can't co-exist.
You can bet,
The everyday jet,
Without humans would be fixed to the ground,
Another creation we'll live to regret,
The after effects are profound.
Take antibiotics,
Then illegal narcotics,
One will cure while the other will kill,
The human mind deals in many topics,
To live or die we all have the will.
Those inventing arms,
Will turn on the charms,
Yet it's mass destruction they sell,
Weapons of death should be ringing alarms,
We're on a descent into Hell.
Everything we invent,
Is made with the intent,
Of saving lives or destroying,
Those who revel in discontent,
Find those with morals annoying.
Good outweighs the bad,
For that be glad,
But always be fully aware,
We need our brains to defeat the mad,
