Dodgy Dave

Dodgy Dave   by Richard Harries   Copyright

Like Thatcher
Being a milk snatcher
(Although she went on to do far worse)

Our Dave has become
Dodgy Dave
And as that he will be known forevermore

I had thought that the pig gate moniker
Would be his legend
His fame

But my hero Dennis Skinner
Labelled him in this amazing way
Perfection for all time
It sums up Cameron

It sums up the Government
How does he have the nerve to stay?
A better man would go
But no he limpets his hold on power
Has no shame

He self justifies, excuses, denies
Let's just hope the selfish and blinkered voters
Who let this lot in
Again

Remember this shame of Dodgy Dave
The way the rich have got richer
The Bankers have been bailed out
And others allowed to fail

Lets hope those who were not bothered
Enough to vote are stirred off their arses
Get to the poll booths
And wipe the Tories from our history

It's about time
