What You Wish

Be careful what your wishes are
Sometimes they do come true
No matter how hard we hope
Sometimes we don't think them through
The very best of dreams come true
should not be made in haste
Do plan for the future
lest time we should waste
Life hasn't room for regrets
and time done too soon
Don't get burned by the sun
if you should have wished for the moon
