 A New Woman

She let you in with all that she had
She didn't want to play games
She wasn't ready to seduce skin to skin
Nor give mouth to mouth
She wasn't ready for the crude banter
She wanted to be smooth
You mocked her pear
Made her feel like a deflated balloon
If all you want is perfection a human Barbie exists
why'd you have to butter her up to make her think you loved her
To make her feel she was everything you wanted
Then you deal the card, phone calls tested
Face booked into a model only it was pear shaped
She could no longer trust and no longer could she believe in you
Stop smiling like nothing happened you know she deserves better than you
You got face booked and declined, but she never played and she needed closure
Only to find you'd emotionally cheat like a scumbag
