'' What We Actually Believe ''

Is reality real?
Does anyone know,
Has normality appeal,
How does it show?

A trick of the mind?
It could be, yes.
Could it be we're confined?
That's anyone's guess.

We kill and cure,
Ask yourself why?
The skill is being sure,
We're all going to die.

Why cause a delay,
In meeting your creator,
By pausing your stay,
Means it's just later.

The place called Hell,
Which we're warned to beware,
Why the race to tell,
If it's actually there.

Do tales of gods,
Influence the truth,
Their sales make wads,
Is that uncouth?

We take and give,
Not in equal measure,
While the fake doth live,
Basking in treasure.

Who says we're alive,
Could it all be a dream,
Some pray people thrive,
To the being supreme.

Is he in collusion,
This is the twist,
Do we see the illusion?
Does god even exist.

Our existence relies,
On what we perceive,
Our resistence denies,
