My Brother in law
No this is not promoting my book of poems
My Wife's younger brother
Became one of my best friends
An athlete, hiker, biker
Can't help he graduated from Huskies
On a recent test they found Cancer
He needed immediate surgery only
Testing found heart problems
A four-way bypass and then Cancer surgery
Still he runs six miles a day
His right eye went blind now
He is facing surgery in his good eye
This morning they are doing test behind good eye
Worried of a tumor behind eyes
There is a chance he may become blind
I know the prayer crew is out there
And I am overusing my requests
but ask for a prayer
He can't help it he became a Husky and not a Coug
A navy vet, his son and daughter all Army Veterans
I worry greatly of his health
