Letting you in ...

Tormented Inside My Head!

Surely I Would be Better off Dead?

They Donít Care!

Why did you desert me when I needed you the most?

Inside the Brain of the Depressed!

Whose Face is that in the Mirror?

... and The World Went Black!

Lights Out!

Crawl Back Under The Stone You Crawled Out From!

Friend - You Just Donít Seem to Care!

Depression: ĎLike a Ripple in the Waterí

A Silent Argument

Time

Give Me Back The Life That My ill Health Stole!

Gone But Not Forgotten!

How Do You Know Itís Your Happy Ever After?

IMAGINE

Imagine Your Worries

This Constant Dread

A New Years Eve encounter with an Ex!

People Don't Really Want to Know!

The Separation of the Spirit from the Body!

Temple

Confessions of the Heart

Another Layer of Suffered Skin

Layers of Suffered Skin - (Full Version)

You Are Unique & Exceptionally Fine

Depression Sitting in Wait

Creep

I Can't Be All The Things You Want Me To Be

A Visit to the Consultant

-Sitting here time has run out
-Sitting in the waiting room your name they shout out!
-The results are ready but what will they say.
-Rolling the dice of fate today!
-I am not sure how this journey will end.
-I am hoping it is positive my poetry reading friend.
-life is precious in moments like these.
-when you realise the direction of your life could drastically change.
-be positive your friends say, but they are not walking in your shoes.
- a game of Russian roulette with life - will you win or lose.
-so here goes.. my time is up!
-my heart is beating fast..
-entering the consultants room..
-to hear my results at long last..
