Tranquility
Standing in front of the ocean
with closed eyes I see
The darkness slowly fades away
I see a picture of the sea
Feeling the sand beneath my feet
I wiggle my toes squishing the sand
Hearing the rolling wave come
I reach out with my hand
It rolls away once again
I breath out as if in sync.
Breathing in, froth coves my toe
I feel relaxed and let my body go
With the rise and fall of the ocean
My mind is at blissful peace
I lay and just float free
Breathing gently, heart beating at ease
The suns rays give me warmth
I float with the rise and fall of waves
Each Breath is with the rise and fall in sync
Feeling the sand beneath my body I raise
Standing tall once again toes in the sand
I raise my arms stretch and release
Eyes still closed I hear, waves roll away
Feel the ease of the rolling seas
Wiggling my toes beneath my feet
I gently sit with ease
My mind, body and soul are one
All feeling the seas breeze
I let reality come back to me
As I breath deep and easily
All the while holding onto Inner peace
Eyes now open I release slowly
