You are foreigners where sojourn,
Being nomads here in this place;
Because of the place you were born,
The Father awaits to embrace.
Keep away from the desires,
For causing your corrupt nature;
Because the Father requires,
You to become a new creature.
These desires always attack,
When living with unbelievers;
Because the resistance you lack,
Temptation from the deceivers.
Although they have ridiculed you,
As if you have been doing wrong;
For watching the good things you do,
Where you are weak they remain strong.
They will praise God coming the day,
That He comes for assisting you;
When judgment falls on those who stray,
They will realize your way is true.
Place yourself in the confidence,
Authority of government;
Giving honor through providence,
Throughout your time of sojournment.
He holds the highest position,
That the Father gave His blessing;
Should be given recognition,
Being the president or king.
The Father wants you to silence,
Ignorance of foolish people;
But keep away from violence,
That some have caused in the temple.
Live as being as free people,
But hide not behind your freedom;
Keep proclaiming of the Gospel,
And of the heavenly kingdom.
Honor all the women and men,
Love the brotherhood and fear God;
Respecting authority when,
Even if their laws have been flawed.
