Crashintome

Venice, Back and Forth

Im back and forth
I see the marina babe,
But I see the harbor babe,
Its us.

And its only when you know the rule's
Its only us,
On Mothers Beach ,and i can confine you
By this, By the grill and autonomy
That can curl us together.

When you wait, for me,
I can only be clean by the things
That are held sandy, by in the Del Rey
You imagined when you came by
Just to swim in this pool.

This pool of unforgiveness
This pool of Providence, in the ache,
Of Venice Boulevard, Ill remember
Oh, yes, ill remember your soul.

So, the snow can chill your bones,
Yet, the real can skin your tones
to the earthy forgiveness of your face,
Santa Monica, and our level of disgrace.
I love you.

Just you as I walk the San Gabriels,
Just you, as I can smell the homes of Beverly Hills,
And salt you up in the West Hollywood thrills.

And as it all may be us,
Understand, you are the blue and red
Underneath my Socal exodus
