Today a heart shall need much rest
For endless seems much more than less
As loss becomes the weight one bares
At times alone one wishes shared
The widow and the orphan born
The single mom whose soul feels scorned
By life that left its trail of painful paths
Highway to Hell and unshaken grasp
The young that face this world alone
The aged, the sick of pain condoned
In nursing home away from home
Memories once had asleep they moan
How does one tell of mercy still?
Awaits just past these bitter pills
These curved balls thrown across their plates
Of emptiness and much forsake
Yet in this quest daily I live
Redemption His, now mine to give
Through words of Life, His winds of change
This too dear soul much GOD arranged
As time allows I pray this night
To write one more shedding His light
Upon a soul in need that stops to read
These words His sown, of Heavens seed
