O' Life
My soul is filled with valley and peaks,
With oceans and deserts,
With mysterious streets!
With rhythmic beats -
My Spirit leads on,
It gives me the lyrics;
You know the song.
Etched in my heart
Whispered gently in my ear
The notes dance on water
The lines on thin air!
Melodies permeate my being,
Harmonies invade my mind,
Jam band soul of flowers and pearls,
So sensual and yet so refined!
We are all walking jam band souls,
In dire need of music to loosen our grip on control!
