'' Their Memory Is Cast ''
When a loved one dies,
Their passing spreads,
Their demise goes far and wide,
As you revise,
Those hanging threads,
You have no place to hide.
Till they're interred,
You do what's right,
Their funeral is for you to arrange,
Your soul though bared,
You fight the fight,
Their plight you cannot change.
While at their side,
You felt their pain,
You wished that they could stay,
You cannot hide,
Though it's a drain,
You knew they were going away.
Do stay strong,
For those who've gone,
It's the beginning not the end,
What seems wrong,
Is their new dawn,
Believe me and your life will mend.
You've did your best,
As have all,
Your pain will one day ease,
That's life's test,
So, do not stall,
This opportunity you must seize.
Though saying goodbye,
Don't ever forget,
Their influence will forever last,
Each day say, hi!
With no regret,
Within you,
