THE WAR WITHIN ("PTSD") - VIDEO
I came across this song early this morning I couldn't go back to sleep after another nightmare that kept me from getting some much needed rest, it says the things that I try many times to describe how it is when you return to that terrible war far to many times. I'd only enlisted for six years, but I have been fighting this "PTSD" war in my mind now going on 49 years. I often wonder when I'll finally find my own peaceful rest that I still seek out each night!!!
