Christian Freedom
Freedom in Christ has set us free,
Submit not to sin as a slave;
Stand firm therefore that you can see,
Life that will be beyond the grave.
If you accept circumcision,
Christ is no advantage to you;
Because of what you envision,
As a believer that is true.
I testify unto each one,
For each man, woman and child;
That God had sacrificed His Son,
Not to be sinfully wild.
You are justified by the law,
Because you have fallen from grace;
Confession is cleansing the flaw,
And lets Jesus come to embrace.
Through the Spirit by faith we wait,
Wait for the hope of righteousness;
So, we anticipate the fate,
If not given His blessedness.
For in Christ just faith works through love,
But who hindered you in the truth;
Obeying the commands from above,
During the time back in your youth.
This persuasion is not from Him,
A little leaven in one lump;
Jesus brings joy not to be grim,
When you are feeling in the slump.
I have confidence in the Lord,
That you will take no other view;
And you remain in one accord,
As you spiritually construe.
Why am I still persecuted?
For the cross can be offensive;
The life of Christ is disputed,
Since it is not comprehensive.
I wish who does emasculate,
Considers any believers;
So that they do not speculate,
Trying to be the deceivers.
For the precepts pertain to love,
Freeing us from virtue of sin;
That was brought by the Son thereof,
And bring of His goodness within.
