The Mind of Poetry
I'm Craving
I want to see,
However my eyes can't handle the light.
I yearn to hear,
But my ears are broken from the sight.
I crave to touch,
though my fingers will collapse.
I linger to taste,
But my tongue will miss perhaps.
I thirst for your eyes,
To stare into me.
I hunger to hear your voice,
So inner butterflies can see.
I crave for your skin,
For my tongue to wallop your sweat,
And to slumber with your sweet voice,
So my mind doesn't forget.
