Today I was insulted by a statement made by "Mankind"
and my thorns struck out in defense of my weakened
state of mind.
Disrupting my soul and filling my spirit
with red wind_my peace took flight in flee of me.
After listening to "Wash your Spirit Clean" by
Walela I was able to regain a clear vision
of the experience and the lesson of my learning
I am thankful for receiving my prayer for today
This new year... I pray for the tolerance needed
to endure the fears of my fellow man and to be
brave in the face of their hate.
