Petes Poetry

God's property

Lead by example.
Dishonesty, there is ample.

What you love, is what you trust.
Yet driven by sins of hate and lust.

Money, the root of all evil, sometimes less there is more.
The difference between needs and wants, that's what wisdom's for.

So tell the truth, is love all we need?
What about money, what about greed.

So take it all, leave nothing behind.
Who cares what's yours, who cares what's mine.

In the end, its all god's property.
And you're not god as far as I can see.

Peter Riddoch.
