Poetic-Verses

'' Yet We Don't Want To Die ''

Would the world thrive?
If we weren't here,
Since we came alive,
We all live in fear.

We can do so much good,
Yet we love to destroy,
Without me being rude,
It's death we enjoy.

Wars are the norm,
Everywhere we go,
We stay true to form,
Why, we don't know.

We are more than willing,
To put up a fight,
Torturing and killing,
Though we know it's not right.

Everything's fair game,
We don't need an excuse,
If you're in the frame,
We'll administer abuse.

Be it colour or creed,
Too fat or too thin,
We do have a need,
To fight demons within.

An intelligent creature,
Acting like thugs,
Another dark feature,
Taking illegal drugs.

Others we've produced,
Are made to make money,
Though our time they've reduced,
We claim life is sunny.

Summing up the human,
We are cruel and uncouth,
Be it man or woman,
We're afraid of the truth.

We are so unforgiving,
Our survival's a lie,
We've a grudge against living,
