I intend to remind you,
Of the qualities you got;
For knowing them through and through,
Of the price that they were bought.
Be established in the truth,
For as long as I am here;
Never try to be uncouth,
Rather stirred up to revere.
Since I know it will be soon,
Of Jesus Christ to return;
Before rising of the moon,
When everyone will learn.
I make every effort,
So that after I depart;
You do not try to revert,
I will be leaving my heart.
Because I did not follow,
A cleverly devised myth;
Jesus Christ to be hallow,
The Holy Trinity with.
When we have received honor,
And glory from the Father;
That I will be a fawner,
Having Christ as a Brother.
For the voice was borne to Him,
By a Majestic Glory;
Giving a spiritual vim,
To reign over the jury.
For He is His beloved Son,
Whom the Father is well pleased;
And being the Holy One,
For through Him we are appeased.
We had heard this very voice,
On the mountain from Heaven;
And the sound made me rejoice,
It was God that had given.
We have the prophetic Word,
That has been fully confirmed;
Dawn’s early light has been heard,
That my faith has reaffirmed.
No prophecy was produced,
Ever by the will of man;
I can never be seduced,
Someone with an evil plan.
