When I Walk Through The Storm August 27, 2019
When I walk through the storm I'll hold my head high
I remember the times when I tried not to cry
I remember the times I cried without tears
I was myself alone through my troubled years
I walked through my storm, I walked freedoms way
My head held high, I tried not to cry
Dreams in the night telling me the cause was so right
The morning sun my troubles begun
They came in the day light with the force we hate
My friends, my heroes, that was their fate
I tried not to cry with fear in my eye
I tried not to cry please God tell me why
I remember the times when I cried without tears
I was myself alone through my troubled years
When I walk through the storm I'll hold my head high
I remember the times when I held my head high
