 Sir Ricky's Inspirational Poetry Corner

poetryofadove
We ourselves are Jews by birth,
And are not Gentile sinners;
As we sojourn here on the earth,
We must become discipliners.

So, we must then walk uprightly,
As per the truth of the Gospel;
Never taking the Word lightly,
When we proclaim to the people.

If I say to you before all,
Living with pagans as a Jew;
You might think it as a downfall,
Wondering how this can be true.

We are really Jews by nature,
And not as sinful Gentiles;
But have been made a new creature,
On changing our lifestyles.

We know one is not justified,
By our works under the Law;
Rather faith in the crucified,
And confessing on our flaw.

So, in Jesus Christ we believe,
And justified by faith in Christ;
Then salvation we will receive,
Because Jesus was sacrificed.

In our endeavor through Christ,
To become justified by Him;
This world been making us enticed,
Making our attitude grim.

For we have found to be sinners,
Then is Christ a servant of sin?
Certainly not rather winners,
For a new life for to begin.

If I rebuild what I tore down,
Proving to be a transgressor;
I make a smile from a frown,
Being true to a confessor.

For through the Law then I have died,
So that I might live unto God;
With Christ I have been crucified,
For healing where I have been flawed.

I do not nullify His grace,
If righteousness comes by the Law;
Then the death of Christ that we face,
And we would still have our flaw.
