Be strong in the Lord,
The strength of His might;
Stay in one accord,
Remain in His light.
The armor of God,
Make sure that you wear;
Blocks from getting flawed,
Leave not your flesh bare.
So that you can stand,
Against the devil;
Snub any command,
Conceive as evil.
For with flesh and blood,
Wrestle not against;
Rather things that would,
Are wickedly tensed.
Against the rulers,
Powered by darkness;
So be the doers,
Of the righteousness.
Take the whole armor,
Wear it for the Lord;
Void the night charmer,
Smite him with your sword.
Wear the belt of truth,
The righteous breastplate;
Do not be uncouth,
It could cause ill-fate.
The shoes for your feet,
Your Gospel of peace;
That you shall repeat,
For strength not to cease.
Your faith makes a shield,
From the flaming darts;
That Satan concealed,
Evil he imparts.
Put on the helmet,
For your salvation;
Sword from the Spirit,
To slice temptation.
