My son Ali Raza went outside
and bought two raw Salmon pieces
along with some vegetables he likes.
He wanted a special dinner with me
and asked if I cooked for us.
His taste bud is different from mine
while I love Chinese, Korean, Filipino,
Taiwanese, Thai and Japanese food
he is into Greek, Mediterranean,
Italian, Pakistani and Canadian dishes.
I thought of a baked Salmon
just for the two of us
I sauteed onion, tomato and cucumber
sprinkled some ground pepper,
a bit of salt and herbs.
It was the first time
I cooked such meal
I usually baked Salmon head
and put on my desired seasonings.
But the on I prepared for my boy
he likes the best
and told me to cook it again.
