Show no partiality,
With your faith in our Lord;
And no immorality,
If staying in one accord.
For if you wear a gold ring,
Fine apparel to service;
Since shabby clothing may bring,
Might make some others nervous.
They pay attention to those,
If you sit up near the head;
While wearing such fine clothes,
A poor man sits back instead.
Have you not made distinction,
Be judges with evil thought?
It is a contradiction,
Of the differences brought.
Has God not chosen some poor,
With faith that is rich in wealth;
As heirs that opens the door,
That gives them spiritual health.
You have dishonored the poor,
Who freely will show his love;
As the rich with depraved core,
Will see judgment from above.
Do they not blaspheme the name,
Of the Father and the Son;
The worldly things they proclaim,
A big bang all that begun.
If you do fulfill the Law,
Then you shall love your neighbor;
Listing when hearing the call,
Helping him in his labor.
Showing partiality,
Means you are committing sin;
Transgressed in iniquity,
Convicted by Law within.
Whoever keeps the whole Law,
But offending in one point;
He will be guilty of all,
The Father will not anoint.
Committing adultery,
Or if you kill another;
Transgressions like bribery,
Christ cannot be your Brother.
