Red Baron

Jimmy named it The Red Baron
His little red fifty-five
A legend out at Bodenham
That managed to survive.

With a hopped-up Chevy small block
And a four speed on the floor
It took on many challengers
While running up the score.

At times, I thought of drawing down
But dared not waste my time
Because I didn't stand a chance
Even with my 409.

But now, the car sits quietly
And Jimmy has passed away
Yet many would like to see that car
Returned to its glory days.

Yes, he named it The Red Baron
Jimmy's little red fifty-five
A legend out at Bodenham
That managed to survive.
