Is there anyone suffering,
Let them mediate in their prayer;
Asking Christ for His buffering,
The toils and trials to share.
Is anyone cheerfully glad,
Let them dance and to sing with praise;
Being thankful for what they had,
As the blessings flow all their days.
If anyone amongst you are sick,
Let them call elders of the church;
Helping them finding a cure quick,
Anointing oil in your search.
Anoint oil in the Lord’s name,
Prayer of faith for saving the ill;
The Lord will raise up to proclaim,
For rescuing and to instill.
If they have committed a sin,
The Lord assures us to forgive;
Sends His Spirit to cleanse within,
Allowing peace for them to live.
Confess your sins to each other,
So that you are to become healed;
Also pray for one another,
That power from Satan should yield.
Pray fervently what you might need,
So that Heaven gives to bear fruit;
For the Lord has given you seed,
That the rain will cause a deep root.
If anyone wanders away,
Assist them by bringing them back;
Allow them not to go astray,
Help them comprehend where they lack.
Whoever brings back a sinner,
Will be saving His soul from death;
Which is making them a winner,
Allowing God to give new breath.
