 Sir Ricky's Inspirational Poetry Corner

poetryofadove
The wilderness and the dry land,
Shall rejoice blooming with flowers;
While no longer barren sand,
As spring has caused April showers.

It shall blossom abundantly,
Rejoicing with joy and singing;
Sun reflecting so brilliantly,
In the glory it is bringing.

You see the glory of the Lord,
Our God and His majesty;
Strengthened weak hands that were ignored,
Make firm feeble knees as mighty.

Say to those with an anxious heart,
Behold, be strong and never fear;
Your God will come on foes to thwart,
To recompense as He draws near.

The eyes of the blind open wide,
As the deaf are starting to hear;
Muted tongues as singing has cried,
As lame men will leap like a deer.

Water in the wilderness break,
As streams flowing through the desert;
An oasis forms by a lake,
Healing powers of where you hurt.

 The burning sand becomes a pool,
Springs of water on thirsty ground;
Feeling so refreshing and cool,
The breeze causes a rushing sound.

As the Highway of Holiness,
The unclean shall not pass across;
They are fools and God will not bless,
For the righteousness of their loss.

No lion nor any ravenous beast,
But only the redeemed shall walk;
For the Lord will prepare the feast,
And also listen as you talk.

The ransomed of the Lord return,
Everlasting joy while singing;
Fleeing sorrow each one will learn,
Of the gladness God is bringing.
