You showed favor to Your land,
And You restored the treasure;
You saved us from sinking sand,
Forgiving sin from pleasure.
You withdrew all of Your wrath,
Fierceness of Your hot anger;
Clearing for your narrow path,
Comforting for your languor.
Restore us as to revive,
God of our salvation;
Make us to feel alive,
Building a faith foundation.
Be not angered forever,
Not to all generations;
Let our bond not sever,
Giving us aspirations.
Will You revive us again,
So we may rejoice in You;
For a new life to begin,
Since You are faithful and true.
Show us of Your steadfast love,
Which grants us Your salvation;
Respond to us from above,
Make us a new creation.
Let me hear what You will speak,
And speak peace unto Your saints;
Not to turn away what they seek,
Not letting any restraints.
For Your salvation is near,
In the land glory may dwell;
To all the people who fear,
To inspire and instill.
Mercy and truth are meeting,
Righteousness and peace have kissed;
Because You are there greeting,
Faithful servants You have missed.
