Bigot

He's a man of conviction,
A fact he doesn't hide.
If your opinion differs
You're on the other side.
Conversations with him
Are never very long.
In  his honest opinion he's
The man who's never wrong.
Pompous and pedantic
With his abrasive style,
Treats disagreement
With invective and bile.
Self opinionated and
Of Rigidly fixed mind,
It's almost as if he's
Intellectually blind.
Proud of his achievements
Whatever they are
And in this modern world
He'll certainly go far.
He'll probably live for ever
In a world all on his own:
They won't want him in Heaven:
He'll demand he has the throne.
