The fool says from his heart,
That there is not a God;
They are dumb to impart,
A statement that is flawed.
They do terrible deeds,
Nothing that does you good;
Conceited with their needs,
That only evil would.
God looks down from Heaven,
On the children of man;
Sees no one has given,
Honor unto His plan.
None seem to understand,
And are not seeking God;
Follows not His command,
Shows not honor and laud.
They have all turned aside,
And became defiled;
His Law not abide,
Like a spoiled child.
Do any of them know,
Of their iniquity;
The direction they go,
With their audacity.
They do not call the Lord,
While eating His bread;
Because they have ignored,
God will convict them dead.
There they are in great fear,
God is with the righteous;
They are humbly sincere,
Never as contentious,
They shame plans of the poor,
But God is the refuge;
For they do not ignore,
Blessings are a deluge.
Salvation would come out,
When the Lord does restore;
Because there is no doubt,
As we rejoice and adore.
