Continue steadfastly in prayer,
Watchful in it with thanksgiving;
Supplicate to the Lord to share,
The tribulations in living.
Pray also for those that you know,
That God may open up the door;
Unveils the mystery to show,
Of utterance of the Savior.
I hope that I may make it clear,
For which is how I ought to speak;
How we should honor and revere,
God in Heaven to whom we seek.
Walk in wisdom toward outsiders,
Making the best use of the time;
Tearing down any dividers,
That hearts are jocund and sublime.
Let your speech always be with grace,
While being seasoned with salt;
So that you might know by each face,
Answering each one as you ought.
