Fence Sitters
Fence Sitters
There are so many
That just sit in silence on the fence
Not knowing which way to go
And silence becomes their only stance
And then you have those
Who know their own mind
But afraid to speak
Their voice is blind
Fence sitters just can't decide
And listen to the loudest word
Those who choose to sit in silence
Their stance is never heard
They sit back and just listen
To those who have a say
So the confused fence sitters
Do what at the end of the day
So the fence sitters listen
To what is forcefully said
But with the loudest voice
Not always truth taken to bed
So if you must sit in silence
Without a single word of utterance
It is then left to question
Of what is their true life's stance
How can one go thru life
With no defense of right and wrong
Sitting in silence with not a word
For children, is that the right song
So speak up and with conviction
On the facts that are presented
For come the end of the day
It matters not by whom you're resented
Silence is not my defense
Words are all I have….

ღ God asked me how long I planned on keeping you in my life.
I smiled and said...
How do I choose between always and forever...
But then I have found that's really not up to me... ღ
